Just a reminder we have a special general meeting that will be held at drivers briefing where we will be putting a motion forward to adopt a club contitution and register the Counties Radio Controlled Car Club as an incorporated socitey.  We need as many currently paid up clubs members as we can to be there to vote.  A copy of the proposed Club Constitution can be downloaded by clicking here.

WHY DO WE NEED TO DO THIS?Years ago, the NZ government decided that sports clubs like ours need to become registered and adopt a set of rules to be governed by.  This was to protect the club members, committee members and businesses & organisations leasing land and selling goods and services to said clubs.  This is NOT a mandate from NZRCA but rather a legal requirement.
